Bustin' Door the Door won big on Tuesday night at the 2008 Surfer Poll Awards. The film was nominated for 2 awards: Best Documentary and Movie of the Year - it won both! We are proud and humbled by the honors and grateful to be part of such a special night.

The house was packed at The Grove in Anaheim and all the stars were there: Shaun and Michael Tomson, Rabbit Bartholomew, Peter Townend, Ian Cairns, Kelly Slater, Dane Reynolds, Bruce and Andy Irons...the list goes on and on. The whole Bustin' crew (including director, producers, and stars of the film) had our own table where we swilled beers and margaritas all night. By the time the movie awards were announced near the end of the evening, we were all rowdy enough to charge the stage as a group and claim our awards. We all were elated, to say the least.

Thank you to Surfer Magazine and all of the readers and fans who voted. We appreciate the support and feel blessed by the warm receptions the film is receiving.
