Sorry folks, it's been a hot minute since I posted up....just been trying to fight this head cold for a minute. Anyways.....even though it's been like 4 days that passed since the last NIGHTLIFE, I still gotta reach out to yall. We were short-staffed that night....J.Rocc was still on tour with Madlib & Karriem Riggins in Europe and Babu was in Chile for a music festival, so it was only Mr. Choc, Rakaa and myself holdiing down the night....and I must say, I think we did a pretty good job.
To everyone that came out to NIGHTLIFE this past Saturday, thank you and we hope that you had a great time. To everyone, that didn't make it....well, you missed a great one, especially being that it was the last NIGHTLIFE of 2007! For those who didn't know, we celebrated our good friend Evidence's birthday and he did it with style. He just got back from tour with Little Brother but still perform a short but sweet show for everyone that came out. With Montage One helping him on the vocals, along with Rakaa performing and myself Djing for Ev, the Weatherman was good form that night. Shout out to the Alchemist who couldn't make it that night.

Once again, to everyone that came out to NIGHTLIFE, on behalf of the Beat Junkies and Rakaa Iriscience, thank you for making the last NIGHTLIFE of 2007 a great one!! Happy Birthday to Evidence and birthday shout out to Harmonia as well. Thank you to our door girl Audrey for holding it down for us for the 2 years you came on board...shout outs to everyone that have djed and/or performed at NIGHTLIFE, and to all our sponsors that helped us out. Our next NIGHTLIFE will be January 12th 2008, an you sure don't want to miss this one. We will be doing a 90's NIGHT and celebrating the "Check The Technique" Book Party with Brian Coleman; this will be a good one for sure. Spread the word peoples.....we'll be looking forward to rockin with you in 2008! CA ALL DAY!!!!
