My friend Sydney died on Monday but she was more than my friend Sydney. To my MySpace friends from various online music forums (the Fibbers, Hole, Sleater-Kinney), she might have been known to you better as Franny.
Most of the time we knew each other we would run web pages together. The last one was a blog that got very few hits. I've written a remembrance there. As always when writing about her, I feel I didn't do her justice.
