Hey Kimya, I love u!!...have u heard of the book Addicted to Unhappiness?  It's a very intelligent and helpful book written by a psycholigists and a psychiatrist. Anyway, it made me see things about my life and childhood that now let me realize/rationalize why I'm sometimes moody, distrusting, depressed and deal with things in not such healthy ways (drugs, alcohol,anger) from time to time. This book can assist in figuring out ways to deal with setbacks when trying to make positive changes ,
 

gave me insight on how to fully realize my potentials in life, strategies that helped me choose and maintain the happiness I deserve. I think every parent should read it and anybody that feels angry, sad, or depressed should check this book out. Have a beautiful day!
