T.S.O.L. TO RECORD 30TH ANNIVERSARY ALBUM AT HURLEY STUDIO

Costa Mesa, Calif. - (December 10, 2008) Orange County's original punks, T.S.O.L. (True Sounds Of Liberty), are heading to the Hurley Studio December 17 to 24, 2008, to work on their 30th Anniversary album, "Life, Liberty & The Pursuit of Free Downloads" with Grammy-award winning producer, David Bianco.

In just one week, T.S.O.L., including original guitarist Ron Emory, bassist Mike Roche, keyboardist Greg Kuehn, vocalist Jack Grisham, and Tiny Bubs will be working to create their 16th album that will be released on Hurley.com as a free download in early January 2009.

Visitors to Hurley.com will be able to access live streaming video of the band's entire recording process at the Hurley Studio via the URL www.hurley.com/tsol. The band also hopes to use the project as a call-to-action in order to gain the support for several charities they are involved with including the Midnight Mission, Surfrider, Orangewood Foundation, SPCA and the Orange County Food Bank.

"We were really stoked to be able to make this record, or whatever they call it these days -
how about 'electronic files of emotional significance' – anyway, the Hurley family has been a longtime supporter of the band T.S.O.L, and we we're lucky to have that relationship in place," said T.S.O.L. vocalist, Jack Grisham. "To be able to give away what, without Hurley, we wouldn't have been able to afford to create, is a great experience for us; and the chance to exchange our services for the benefit of causes we believe in is in itself what punk should have stayed about."

With fans that span three decades, T.S.O.L. has become a fixture on the Southern California music scene. In partnership with the band, Hurley will help to produce the record and give away the album for free as a gift to the fans of punk rock and T.S.O.L.

Just weeks away from a completed, mastered product, the band is also preparing to hit the road with a U.S. tour planned for January 2009.
