Happy Haloween. This is Killing a Stranger. Heavily influenced by the cure's Blood track of head on the door, and Tegan and Sara's The Con LP. I really do like this, Clean vocals, really strange. I love the production, I like how everything sounds alive, organic and punchy. My production has improved over the years. This song is simple, and short. It drones like a lot of this lp does. I'm big on that Death in June drone sound, and it is all over this lp. Lots of ambiguous chords in between major and minor cross dressing in a way that sounds suspended and out there. This is a new sound for VAC, and I really like it despite how some may react to it. Change is a good thing.

love the new VAC just as I did the old stuff. change IS a good thing. it seemed to me the first Manhunt didn't get very interesting until the guns were introduced midway through, but then i'm partial to things that go bang and light up the night
