1. NATURE

Creation, production and promotion of a EURO 2008 music compilation as a souvenir of the event.

2. ORGANISATOR

The creation, the production and the diffusion (promotion) of the EURO 2008 Compilation is:

The CIEECOR association, which has as main goal the development, all over the World, of actions and programmes aiming to sustained purchasing power of his partners.


3. Promoter

The Compilation will be promoted by CIEECOR in partnership with the UEFA (subject to acceptance)

4. Area of diffusion

The Compilation will be diffused trough the "operation CIEECOR".
As mentioned above, this operation is aiming the development and the strengthening of the purchasing power of his partners.

5. Definition of CIEECOR

CIEECOR is the acronym for: « Coopération Internationale Entre Entreprises et Consommateurs Opérationnellement Réunis »
(International Cooperation between Enterprises and Customers Operationally Unified)

It is an economic and commercial operation supported by a cooperative system allowing and encouraging, trough CIEECOR Label, enterprises and consumers to cooperate in order to help each others mutually in the commercialization and the consummation of products and services.

6. GOAL

The over all goal of the creation of the EURO 2008 Compilation is

To finance the Operational Fund of the CIEECOR. These funds will be used by the consumers to resolve their issues on payment and reimbursement of the divers products and services they purchase.

Only the buyers of the Compilation will be allowed to access the Fund generated by the selling of the EURO 2008 Compilation

The use of the fund will be under the consideration of CIEECOR rules concerning the cooperation of consumers .

The compilation is created and widely diffused to mark durably the event and for the fans to keep a souvenir for the future.

7. CONCEPT

The EURO 2008 Compilation will contain 16 songs performed by artists (musicians or bands) that are resident in the respective 16 participating countries that will attend the final phase of EURO 2008 (one song by country)

a) Selection of Artists

The selection is wide open from beginners' singers to confirmed artists

b) Styles

All styles of music are welcomed

c) ORGANISATION

Each artist may submit several songs but only one will be selected

Songs submitted must be recorded in a professional studio to guarantee a high quality. The criteria of artistic quality are a "plus" for the participants and will be of importance in the selection phase.

Songs with strong feeling of joy and promoting fair-play and the positive values carried by the game will be privileged.

e) SELECTION of songs

The selection will be done by a jury designated for the purpose by the organisator.

8. SPONSORING

All interested companies can sponsorise the operation and compilation for advertising ends.

CIEECOR will look for a sponsoring toward the UEFA partners with the help of the European Footbal Federation (organisator of the EURO 2008)

9. EDITION

The edition of the EURO 2008 Compilation may be done in partnership with others musical editors.

The license of exploitation may also be given in a specific country to a specific local editor.

The editor will have the responsibility of the promotion and the distribution of the Compilation within the country of edition.




10. DIVERS RIGHTS

Each entity participating in the diffusion of this compilation will keep his rights.

But the integrality of the benefice generated by the selling of the Compilation and the sponsoring will be transferred in the Fund created within CIEECOR for the above mentioned operation to sustained the purchasing power of customers.
