Well, here's the way being unsigned + recession works:   I have no funding to release my next album, which is currently being recorded and I need help.  if you ever spent $10 to get into a show or $60 more on drinks at that show, I thank thee.  If you can dig through your couch, jeans, butt, or whatever other sorts of money holders you might have to donate as little as a dollar toward the release of my new album, I would greatly appreciate it.  I will be making a video soon detailing incentives for you.  (You know. Like donate $20 and you'll get a signed early addition copy.  Donate $1000 and you'll get my soul and we may be able to negotiate for my first born for $5000.  So on and so forth.)
