Liquid Brilliants returns once again with a new release from artist Matt Hagerty, hailing from the United States. His first track, "Love So Deep", recaptures the faithfulness of pure liquid - everything from the light and uplifting texture, to the soulful vocal sample, filtered organ stabs, and chopped up amens injected into the energetic, yet tempered rhythm. "Total Ecstasy" is a nicely chilled out composition, dripping of musicality and feeling. A running beat compliments the electric piano and vocal, while both a synth lead and organ do their part to create a dynamic and complex piece. Both tracks are a nod to liquid's past, yet certainly manage to captivate, as they infuse their own style and form with sheer musicianship.
