Okay, I don't claim to be an art critic or anything but DAMN there is a lot of bad photography going round! Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely greatful that there are websites out there that let us newbies get our portfolios out there. But any Tom. Dick or Harry can join and post pics. Some pics are one step away from porn. And others are just pics of girls naked, in butt floss underwear or just some plain photo. 
There are also some fantastic photorgrpahers out there with fantastic art-ful images. I guess we have to wade through the bad to get to the good but my word!! Some of that bad stuff is going to rot my brain.
I happen to feel that photography is an art. Some will say fuck the art but that, I think, is a horrible thing.  Photography is an art. A hard art to master because you have to find the extraordinary in the ordinary. NOT easy at all.
But good and bad photography is in the eye of the beholder and while what I consider to be good or bad isn't what others think. So I'll go on shooting what I think is good photography. Even though the best comment I have so far  about the picture that is currently my default pic (man back to nature or something like that) is a comment saying "Wonderful Sky". If thats all you can say about the pic is that the sky is wonderful, I thank you for the comment and the nice words.
