The Bright Room are very sad to say goodbye to our friend and drummer, Mr. Michael Sosa. Michael's mother has been struggling with cancer for years, and he just learned that her condition is terminal. Michael will be leaving NYC this week for an indeterminate period of time to be with his family, and has given us his blessing to move forward and begin looking for his replacement. Michael will be sorely missed. He brought a great attitude and energy to the band, has been a joy to work with, and was instrumental in arranging our debut performance at Virgin Records in Union Square, which remains our favorite show so far. We wish the very best for Michael and his family, and hope he returns to NYC very soon!
