So, I was on my break at work so I missed it, but Stella told me that a kid came in, saw the flyer for our show next week with The Martyr Index and Social Concern and was like, "The Fortyhands...that band thinks they can cover Dungeon Master."
My answer is yes. Yes we can fucking cover Dungeon Master.
Wanna know why?
It is because I WAS IN FUCKING DUNGEON MASTER! Granted, I was the drummer and not the guitarist; however, on the song "You Enter Into A Dungeon, And There Stands Chuck Norris" I played guitar.
So...since I played guitar on the song in Dungeon Master...and I play guitar on the song in The Fortyhands...am I ripping myself off?
Scene kids: Do your homework, learn to be able to recognize people no matter what band they're in. Especially if they've got a bigass bright blue 'fro and stand out like a fucking sore thumb. Don't try to claim you know Dungeon Master better than I do. You weren't there, I was.
