Greetings from the road. I am currently on the Gun & Knife Show TOUR with Listener! So far this tour has been amazing. Our first show was at an awesome shop in Birmingham, Alabama called Nomad Supply. IT was great to see a lot of familiar faces of friends. We stayed with Dan's friends Naomi and Joel who showed us real hospitality and fellowship. We woke up and drove to Pensacola, Flordia where we enjoyed salads with the hip hop/electro group MAD HAPPY.THe salads were great but Dan and I had rumbling stomachs of steel so we decided to take a drive to a cafe called Lambert's where they throw rolls at you. Sounds violent but it was no big deal on the gun & Knife show tour. We played a house show that night. One fellow there didn't appreciate my performance of "I love the police". He spoke to me about how he thinks we should kill the police but went on to explain that he would never do that because he's a rich white kid. I guess he wanted someone else to take care of his dirty work. It's always nice to hear other perspectives. Last night was the best show so far. We played an amazing house show. There was a guy at the house that brewed his own apple cider and it was super duper. Our friend Ben cooked some fresh killed chicken and made quesadillas. He served them with a side of hot lava broccoli. I made a lot of new friends and truly enjoyed myself at this show. Today is an off day. We are hanging with friends. They are watching football and I am playing with my new toy: THE MACBOOK!
