Romeo and Juliet-type tale of a vampire boy and a human girl. This was the first movie based on a series of books by Stephenie Meyer. Movie #2, called "New Moon" is due out in theatres on November 20.  It's not anything near akin to great literature or fabulous film-making, but I have found both the books (4 in all) and the one movie so far to be wonderfully entertaining "fluff".

And so it goes ...

Oh that is a good one! Well I just saw the new Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey. Very good too! It is the first version of that film that is just like the book.

Nick and Norah's infinite playlist, again. I just keep waiting for that girl NOT to go after her chewing gum in the toilet.
