The First Stage Funding Drive Last For 26 Days From Today. If Goal Is Not Reached, No One Pays Anything...Otherwise CC or PayPal Is Billed For Pledge Amount. While "Fundable Services" Allows Up To $200,000 To Be Collected, Smaller Amounts May Be Easier To Obtain Per Drive Effort...Therefore, We Are Calling This "First Stage". There Will Be More As Need Be.
All Funds Collected From All Sources Are Combined And Used For The Legal Set Up [LLC] For The Community, Property Search, Paperwork, Attorney Fees [Where Appl.], Property Down Payment, Closing Costs, Initial Improvements, etc. Fund Raising Is Ongoing.
