...when he said..."cha cha changes".Yeah, i know...not exactly ground breaking...but it's the one thing in life you can count on...the one thing that is certain....CHANGE. Change is good, and for me...it's overdue.

So after 10 years of running the shop...i've decided to downsize dramaticaly and turn it into a part time gig for awhile. I want to bust ass on sweet rides again and work on expanding my skills...get better...not just spin my wheels to make the rent. This is my passion and i was born to do it. I "made it big"....big shop...staff...TV....etc...and i found it's not what really stokes me out. So after serious thought and discussion, advice from good friends in the biz etc....this is what i've decided to do.

Most of my current jobs will go with me to my new place of employment. "Gowett Speed and Custom". Tim is a skilled guy for sure...so i'm stoked to be working with him. We can now offer over 20years of experience...better tools...etc. We make a pretty good team and are going to build some great stuff here. On the side...my 2 "exclusive RB buddy jobs" will be completed to debut in early 2010....which i am VERY stoked about. These 2 busses are really cool to say the least.

I will keep "the Rust Box" alive for awhile through our site etc. There are a couple ideas being bounced around...we'll see what happens. All Rust Box services are available still at my new place of employment. It's a pretty good deal really...for the customer and myself. Bottom line. Change is good. Projects are getting done. Everyone is happy.
