Hello, a band I've been involved with was a South Live demo panel winner tonight. Mia Brookes and The Allstars won it with "Smile" written by my friend Phil Clark. I was in the band playing bass. A while back, "One Day With You", a track I wrote and produced for country singer Will Conrad came up on the demo panel, but that one was a loser. Shucks! But the track WAS played on the Steve Cherelle country music show. He's a BBC jock who works for BBC Essex. Finally, in this brief history of my adventures on South Live, last year I wrote "Get Where The Love Is" as part of the Cadence project, and we were winners with that one. (you can see a video of it on my homepage) So, as Meatloaf once said, "Two out of three ain't bad."
