Hello everyone and welcome to a new LAZERBLOG!  With Chris in ....Florida.... this week, I'll be stepping in to write the blog.

A few status updates to start off with:

Lazerman:

The script for #5 is finished.  Penciling has begun on it.  #6 and #7 have been plotted out.  I just need to sit and write the actual script for them.  Lazerman's #5-7 will make up Lazerman's  second story arc NIGHT OF THE NECROLORD, our much-anticipated zombie story.  This is one we've been anxiously waiting to work on for some time now.  

Vindication

Pencils and Inks on #2 are complete, and the colors have been started.  We have 7 pages from #3 colored and inked.  Vindication's #1-3 will make up it's first story arc MAY YOU LIVE IN INTERESTING TIMES 

The past few weeks have been very hectic for both me and Chris personally.  His upcoming trip and my job transition have taken up a lot of time we would have liked to have been working on the books.

That's why this weekend is so exciting for us.  On Sunday, we have the NEW ENLAND COMICCON, which will be our first con since the CHICAGO COMICCON last month, and our first con in our home town of ....Boston.... since the Boston Comiccon several months ago.  It'll be the Boston-area premier of both Lazerman #4 and Vindication #1.

Then, for Monday, its back to work for us.   We have both committed to hitting the ground running and start working on the books hard again.  We'll be returning to our nightly marathons of comic work.

So thus begins our "grab the shovel, get back to work" phase.  As we do this, you'll see more, better updates than we've provided in our downtime.  Things are still very exciting here, and they just keep getting better.

Next week, we'll have our wrap-up of the New England Comicon.  After that, maybe Chris will finally get around to doing that "Art of Cheating Part 2" that he promised.
