If every dog agility trial I did was as fun and successful as the NADAC
trial m'boys and I went to March 22nd, I would have to sell my house, get a RV
and go from trial to trial all over the country!! .......Come to think about it,
that's not such a bad idea anyway!!!
We traveled to Princeton, IN for an In the Zone NADAC trial. I only had
Sunday to run so m'boys and I loaded up our new Dodge Caravan SXT, Sylvia,
(thank you Greg Stephens of Auto Advantage in Hendersonville!) and headed 3
hours north.
Our room was wonderful. It was Cooper, my black lab's, first overnight stay
in a hotel and he did great! Carson and Keenan are very used to the
routine.
An earlier that usual start time had us up and going arriving and meeting
up with the Brasen's crew.
You can see from the Boys' portrait, Virgil Sweeden is a fabulous
photgrapher! Action pic #1 Carson, who Q'd 5 out of 6 runs, 5 out of 6!!!,
takes to the dogwalk. By the end of the day Carson got a title in Jumpers and
Hoopers. Pic 2 shows Keenan listening to my pep talk before a run. Pics 3 &
4 show the Keenan Boy running out of the tunnel and taking the next jump. Man,
is he on!! Once over the dogwalk, a jump and the a dash to the finish! No
slacker himself, Keenan got 2 Qs and a title in Regular Agility.
What a great day!! A happy crew, we enjoyed a nice drive back to
Nashville.
Thanks to Lisa and In The Zone for a great trial!!!
