Hi guys, this is my first blog experience using myspace so excuse me if it looks a little rough around the edges. Just a brief introduction , my name is Steve Jones I have been involved in the health, fitness and bodybuilding industry for 20 years, have won a few shows along the way and met some great people. I have made a few appearances in international fitness publications and also contribute articles to a number of magazines.

I do have a true passion for the industry and love the health and fitness lifestyle, one thing in this business once you start hitting the weights you are pretty much commited to do it for the rest of your life because if you don't you feel like crap!

I am based on the Goldcoast - Surfers Paradise, Australia...by far one of the best spots on the planet for weather and lifestyle.

I operate my own sport supplement company Powerzone Nutrition I specialize in advanced sports supplements for those who are serious about reaching their true physical potential.
