Hi All,

Well it finally came, SNOW! It didn't stop us though. We still had a kickass show at OTTO's SHRUNKEN HEAD. We started a little late because of it but once we got goin it was rockin'!

LADY ANNE started it off followed by ALYSSA ROBBINS. Then our band in residence for the month off February, FRANKIE AND HIS FINGERS gave a rousing performance to a packed room. BAD TEENAGE MOUSTACHE followed them and the room remained packed. People know that no matter what Sunday nite is ALWAYS a good nite for live music at OTTO's.

Only one band cancelled but they were replaced with an amazing singer named AMANDA DUMAS. She was supposed to have a show at JOE's PUB but they didn't open, so she came to OTTO's to hang out. I found out her show was cancelled so I told her she could play at OTTO's. We borrowed a guitar from ALYSSA and AMANDA turned in a fine performance. John Law had to watch the kiddies so BLONDE & BLUE were next and were asked for 3 encores. It was a great nite despite the snow. I mean, come on, it's a TIKI BAR! It can be snowing outside but inside it like being on a nice sunny beach with tropical drinks and GREAT music.

This Sunday is President's Day weekend and we have another outstanding line-up: THE MORTICIANS TRAUVERE, CATSPAW, DOWNSHALLOW, the return of T.J. JORDAN, more FRANKIE & HIS FINGERS and THE RUSSELL BOOKER EXPERIENCE and some special surprise guests. Come on down and enjoy yourself - there's no work or school the next day.

Remember, less than 2 weeks until our new Friday nites at the BROOKLYN WRECK ROOM.
