Current mood: dorky Category: Web, HTML, Tech
I buy a lot of books. I rarely have that post-buyer's remorse after buying a book - nearly any kind. I spent too much money on a Web accessibilty book last week just because I heard it was the best out there now. Unfortunately I already own almost all the books written on the subject -- and have never sat down to read any of them. I use them for reference, and read chapters, but never read one all the way through.
I wonder if I'd get more out of them if I read them cover-to-cover first - then used them for reference. I'm willing to bet I would, but not sure when I'd have the time to do that and read for pleasure (fiction) and work and raise my family and do the volunteer stuff I do. Maybe I should just stop sleeping.
Or something.
