one fun activity we experienced this weekend (while at our lovely hosts christine and william's house in waterbury, ct) was looking up our charts on astro.com. some of them were redonkulously accurate (tina!) and some were not so flattering. here we are:
Ann (b. July 5, San Francisco, CA): Sun in Cancer, Moon in Virgo
You were born with the Sun in Cancer and the Moon in Virgo. Internally, you are somewhat timid, reserved, and mistrustful. In fact, at times you may become overly cautious. However, you are naturally receptive and instinctive. Your individuality is fanciful and imaginative. You are very influenced by physical surroundings. Externally you are not much different, except that others view you as a person who is exacting about detail. You criticize a great deal, and it is almost an art for you. However, there is no malicious motivation; rather, you want to show your abilities as an analyzer of mankind. You are quite easy-going, but perhaps somewhat irresolute. You are basically humanistic and do not like violence.
Julie (b. May 16, Buffalo, NY): Sun and Moon in Taurus
You were born with both the Sun and the Moon in Taurus. You are a quiet and persistent individual. You never give in to irrational impulses, unless your patience has been tried to its limits. Once you set your mind on a goal you are driven by such strong determination that you are assured of reaching it. You like clear, well-defined, solid ideas, and tangible things. Because it is so important to you, you will acquire wealth all through your life, and your daily activities will involve handling tangible goods. It is likely that you are a highly sensuous person, deriving much pleasure from knowledge and from the experiences of your senses. You are sociable, and able and willing to help others with their problems. Though you possess the patience of Job, you may explode with volcanic force when you reach the limits of your patience. Since so much of your nature is placid and steady, these outbursts can wreck your inner equilibrium and should be avoided.
Tina (b. Sept 4, Midland, MI): Sun in Virgo, Moon in Aquarius
You were born with the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Aquarius. You possess a genuine interest in humanity, and you have an affinity for the sciences and other subjects of importance for mankind. You are capable of carrying on independent research, and your natural curiosity can lead to original discovery. You are a bit of a paradox, for though essentially very communicative, you dislike being too close to others. While your love of freedom makes you a crusader for universal rights and brotherhood, you approach romantic love rather cautiously. You are faithful, but all the while remain detached. The key to a more harmonious self lies in checking your critical bite. Allow your love and concern for humanity to show through.
Yoko (b. Sept 1, New York, NY): Sun in Virgo, Moon in Libra
Both inwardly and outwardly you are tranquil, easy-going, practical, and full of common sense. Your individuality is essentially hard-working and subservient. Your subconscious mind is afraid of taking the lead in human enterprises and prefers to play a secondary role. Your inner self is constantly preoccupied with detail, and this should make you a very careful worker. Outwardly, you are a Libran person. People view you as companionable and compliant. When you love someone, it is more as a compliment to yourself than to satisfy any deep emotion. You are usually very diplomatic and tactful in your dealings. You work better in professions that require culture and cleverness rather than anything physically rough. You could become a very good diplomat or contact person. There is some tendency to indecision and hesitancy. You find it very hard to say no, and you regret your decisions. You try very hard to please other people and many times you fail through your own anxiety. The key to a better development of your being is to harmonize your inner intellectual qualities with your socially oriented personality.
