well, well, well -- as it turns out, out of the several thousand bands/artists that submitted entries, i made it to the top 15. out of those 15 entries, they chose 6 finalists. i didn't make that cut -- but i did make it onto their compilation promo CD. ah, exposure...
there's always next year. and with all that gear and cash for the grand prize winner, don't think i won't try, try again...
