dbClifford proudly brings you the dbClifford Tour Merch Design Contest!dbClifford is looking for a t-shirt/merch design to celebrate upcoming tour dates, and wants to see if YOU have any ideas. This contest is open to any dbClifford fan or independent designer located anywhere in Canada (excluding Quebec), the United States (except Rhode Island), the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Japan and South Korea who have reached their thirteenth (13th) birthday (19th birthday in France) as at the contest closing date (see contest rules for full details).
All you have to do is create a new design for dbClifford (please see below for full contest guidelines). To enter, simply create an image you think best reflects dbClifford and send it to
nettwerkcontest@nettwerk.com by
Sunday, June 22nd. Your image will be posted in a special dbClifford Myspace gallery where fans can view the submissions and post comments as to which one is the best. The best entry will be hand selected by dbClifford and used as exclusive tour merch for upcoming tour dates.
The design will be used for a t-shirt, and may also be used for a hoody as well. A limited run of t-shirts will be produced. Runner-up designs may also be used, but placing as a Runner-up does
not guarantee that your design will be printed.
We would love for you to get really creative and use past dbClifford artwork as inspiration, but please note, all dbClifford covers are copyrighted property and not for the use of this contest. All entries must be an
original creation. You may in fact use the dbClifford logo, found
here.

DetailsThe winning designs and artwork becomes the exclusive property of dbClifford. The Winner and Runner(s)-up shall grant a worldwide perpetual license of their designs and artwork to dbClifford for use in all promotional efforts in all media now known or to be devised.
Entries must be submitted in a
JPG/JPEG format (see specifications below) to
nettwerkcontest@nettwerk.com. If you are a Selected Entrant, you will also be required to sign a hard copy of the Entry Form and Release Form as part of the contest closing documents before the prize will be awarded.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they like as long as the entries meet the following criteria:
• You do not need to submit a high-resolution image, but please retain a high-resolution version of your design(s) as it will be required to produce the final artwork should you be the Winner or a Runner-up.
• The high-resolution file must be a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% size for screen-printing, in RGB color mode, not CMYK
o If using Illustrator: save as AI, EPS, or PDF with all text created into outlines
o If using Photoshop: save as a TIF/TIFF or PSD. Please do not flatten layers
• Designs can use a
maximum of 4 colors
• You may create your design to look best on any basic t-shirt colors
• Entries can be hand-drawn or created on a computer, but designs must be submitted online to
nettwerkcontest@nettwerk.com.
