Just recently, as in one week past, The Magician & The Gates of Love had the privilege of playing the brick walled "Bull & Raven Eatery and Lounge" in Abbotsford, BC with The Hot Moonbeams and Oh No! Yoko.

Nick Ubels of The Hot Moonbeams is in possession of an charming portable tape deck with recording capabilities. The tape deck, armed with one microphone did his best to capture our sets.

If he failed to capture the music, he captured the atmosphere, and if you were curious as to what people talk about during a set from The Magician, these are your mp3's. Above the chatter you may be able to catch a few melodies. I find the recordings quite hilarious and charming.
