Hi everyone.. long time no blog.

Unfortunately not loads to tell at the moment, still working out things behind the scenes in Captain land and in our studio in North London writing yet more songs.

One thing that we do need to tell you is that we've moved our forum, unfortunately we're starting from scratch again but we had so many SPAM accounts etc this may not be a bad thing.

I can't get onto the new forum. Tried to set up an account using the same username etc from the old forum (sarahlou) but the activation email never arrived. Asked for the email to be re-sent but still didn't get it???????

What's happening?! Where's 'Echoes Of Fashion' and the album, 'Distraction'? I have a 6 track sampler and it's AMAZING! Is it record company bollocks? They know shit if it is! I hope we see you back in the shops soon....
