Hi Everyone.....
Wow is the weather changing! ....
Getting so much cooler here in the
northeast. The Weatherman is even, (dare we say it), using the “S” word for
Tomorrow!....
Nothing serious mind you ,just
flurries. However it’s still a sign of things to come for sure.....
Well, believe it or not there are those of us (Our
own Moe included) that revel in the colder temperatures....
The change of seasons give us a
special beauty that many other parts of our Country never get to experience.....
The beauty of a fresh snowfall on
a crisp Winters morning. Or the first crocus and tulips of Spring peeking
through the melting snow.....
Not to mention that beautiful
Autumn foliage show Mother Nature’s putting on for us right now.....
Yes, you might say we are all
lucky to live in such a scenic place.....
Well with 2010 rapidly approaching,
(Do you believe it already)? You’ll all be happy to know Side F/X is rapidly
filling in band dates.....
Why we even have dates booked up
as far away as next September!....
So once again if you are planning a
party or affair, then we’re your band! Or do you know of a venue where Side F/X
should be playing and is not?....
Let us know. We’ll do our best to
bring the band there. And we’d be happy to tell them who recommended us!....
Oh, before we forget thanks to
Dean and his staff at Elant/ Newburgh for making Side F/X a part of your family. We can’t wait to perform
for you again!....
And to the crew at the Hoot Owl.

The falling leaves, drift by my
window. The falling leaves of red and gold.....
And like the lyrics to that
popular standard, Rocktober is more then
half over as well.....
There’s still plenty of time left
to make this a Rocktober one to remember though! And here’s where the musical
journey will continue.....
Friday, October 16th Side F/X returns to the Bavarian Gardens at the Holiday Inn
Crystal Run Crossing. Middletown N.Y.....
Our first appearance since the
first week in August. Last time we
performed here we played an extra hour! Great crowd and ambiance. 8P.M.
start so don’t be late!....
Saturday It’s back to The Garden
State” Once again we will be performing for our friends and brothers at the Branchville
American Legion. ....
Route 206 Branchville N.J. We hope
to see Babe, Janet, Wally Ken, Jim and
all our other “Joizy” pals......
Can’t wait to taste Carl’s cookin’
again either!....
