I tired of comics complaining about everything! I dont want to follow him/her, this crowd sucked, late show is never has a good audience, blah blah blah!!!! Save it for someone that gives a fuck. I dont care what kind of crowd it is go up and put on a show thats what you do your a proformer so go fuckin proform! Why is this so difficult why do the planets have to be alined for you to have a good set?Why do the moons of Jupiter have to be a the right roatation in occordence to the earths gravitational polarity for you to get laughs?I dont want to follow him.Well then dont! Go home get a day job and stop! Get off the stage and wasting everybodys time cause i know that me and alot comics that are accually funny and are working to devoloping our act could use all the stage time that your wasting with your sorry tired material that for one is not funny and is never gonna be funny!Mabey the audience didn't suck mabey it was you and your jokes! I shouldn't even call them jokes cause thats insulting to people that accually take time to write original funny ones!Thats all i have to say about that about that.Stop whining and write funny jokes and your wont have a problem following people!

Where other comics see a tough room, a shitty audience, or some other bullshit going against them, I see an opportunity. A hard room is just an endurance course that makes you a stronger comedian. It just makes you work harder for the laughs. Any comic who blames any factor OUTSIDE OF THEMSELVES for not making an audience laugh is doomed to a life of open mics. If I don't make an audience laugh, it's because I wasn't funny enough, so I gotta try again. End of story.
On the other hand, the less comics want to get better, the less competition when I actually do. I take it back. It wasn't your fault they didn't laugh, it was the lighting.

I wholeheartedly agree, man. Half the battle is won before you even get on stage, just in attitude and knowing you can make those people laugh.

The other half is split between adrenaline, cheesin' it up, and working your ass off on-stage for some of that 3rd-row ass that's still undecided if she's gonna stick around for the whole show.

Some people don't wanna be Comics, they just wanna "do comedy." Like some people wanna "do drugs," but can't commit to being Addicts. I got the Bug, Rodge... I got the Bug bad.

Wise stuff. motivating. Be willing to walk into a bad situation and do your best. Then take that empty feeling of having a shitty set, go back in the lab pick yourself back up again. That's where the humor comes from
