i hope you are well!
this is becky writing to you!
so much to say! i am going to have to write more really soon but i want to say that on the 31st- that's tonight! - i am doing a little show in los angeles!  and you should come!
it's  a night of music we call the
"bring your heart cabaret"-  that's because we would like you to come and bring your heart with you.
i realize that your heart always beats in your chest and it would be impossible for you to come to the show
without your heart unless some kind of strange thing happened or unless you are a ghost.
all of us are now experiencing the sacred miracle of the body- so your heart comes with you no matter what.
so what i mean is that you should really bring your listening heart, bring your mind to your heart, your feeling of being alive.
that's what i mean.  bring your feeling of being alive - come fully knowing you are born.  that way we will all really be
celebrating together no matter what.  it's much easier to celebrate when you really bring your heart, bring your life, awake to the dream!

also- the bar at largo opens for the first time tuesday night so if you feel like it you can
have a drink!  for the spirits! with the spirits!
