For those of you who don't check our .com, you may be unaware that we are indeed finally working on a second CD. I know it's only been a year and a half since we put out 'Yesterday You Could Change the World' but I think two year intervals for punk bands is a pretty good span for another album.
We're finishing up a whack load of new songs. For those of you who saw us on our last tour you may have noticed that most of the songs were unfamiliar because we were using the mass amount of shows this year to make sure we know what were doing. HOw successful that process has been is yet to be determined but I'm sure the alcohol helped somehow....maybe not. Actually, and this is good advice, I was told to get drunk for the first year of playing and eventually you'll be able to play while your pretty drunk. After the year is up, stop drinking so much and shows will be a breeze. It was good advice. The problem is that once you realize you can drink whatever you want and still put on a respectable show you don't actually stop. Regardless of that, the new album has been in the works for quite sometime.
Expect the new album in Spring 2010. We'll be back out across Canada again for a brief tour but our intentions are to finally make it to Europe next year where this music seems to be quite well received from what we've heard from fellow friends in touring punk acts.
Where we will be recording, who we will be releasing with and exactly how much money we have to put this project together (considering we all pretty much do this full time now) have yet to be determined but it true BZ fashion, it will get done when we say it will get done.
