Greets ///
Today was one of the most incredible days of my life, another wonderful chapter in the "Book of Bones".

The weather was absolutely sublime in comparison to the past two solid weeks of cold rain. Sun with spattered clouds and a glorious temperature, one of the first days in a while where no jacket was required. This being said, I walked the shit outta this city today, toting the cam along for the ride. I began in Western Addition, walked through Japantown, Cathedral Hill, Polk Gulch, Nob Hill, Chinatown into the Financial District, then onto North Beach. I was critically selective of what I captured, as simply being outside in the splendor of the day was first priority.

I stumbled upon Quincy Street, a small "half-alley" on the backside of Chinatown cusping the Financial District. I immediately fell in love with the grit, the grime, the textures, the colors, the lines, and the light was perfect. I pretty much sprayed my shorts, in awe of the visual goldmine I was fortunate enough to discover.

I met up with a dear friend in North Beach and we conversed while sipping a couple of cold tallboys in the waning afternoon sun perched upon the steps of where Montgomery Street meets Union Street. A supreme vista with a stellar view of downtown and beyond, truly a superb pocket of the city that I look forward to venturing towards again. As the sun slid behind the stacks of glass, steel and concrete, we made our way to the other side of the hill to Washington Square Park to soak in the final rays of sunlight for the day.

All in all, a truly wonderful day. I continuously find myself falling head over heals in love with this fucking city.

Keep it flowing and keep it going.

Stay gold,
Bones

hey there bones.

yeah, its rare to get sun in SF, so its nice
to take advantage of it.

the first pic really threw me. the scale of it
kind of boggled mu mind. it looked much more like a
detail, but the longer i looked , i realized its quite a large scene.

that X in the window is heights..

keep on waling that city...
