Hey everybody ... lots of stuff goin' on this month.

Just got back from yet another fun packed, thrill ride, crazy assed tour of Sweden. Wanna thank all the gang over there for puttin' up with me and my ace combo, the Bad Ass Fajitas. This time we managed to hook up with Micke Finnel from Rock Around the Clock Productions. They'll be handling all our bookings in 2009. We'll be in good company too! They also book Dave Edmunds, NRBQ, Albert Lee and the Refreshments, just to name a few...

Sure had a blast during a recent 2 nighter in Halifax with my old pals Roger Howse and Morrow Scot Brown. We took over the stage at Bearly's House of Blues and proceeded directly to mayhem. Can't wait to get back. 

Also had my first foray into the heart o' Canadian prairieland through my pal Bruce Leperre at CKDM radio in Dauphin. They really made me feel welcome at the Watson Centre. Sure wanna get back there with the band soon! 

Bob Paterson (BPA Live) has just taken on a load o' trouble by agreeing to represent yours truly in the UK. They also handle Chip Taylor, Tom Russell, Blue Rodeo, Ramblin' Jack Elliot & Stacey Earle - among others. I'm definitely gonna have to buy a new guitar. 

And lastly, I'm puttin' together an unplugged / acoustic 'best of' disc next month for promo purposes. The idea is to give people a taste of what to expect when I show up solo and do my 'songs and stories' gig. If anyone is interested in a copy, contact me at info@joefournier.com and I'll get one out to you.  (There's gonna be 2 new songs on it as well)...
