Alot has happened in my life, it is now less than a year until I get married. I cannot wait and I just cannot believe its coming so soon. Now all I have to do is find a place to live. Some other stuff has happened like new guitar gear, my church opened a new campus in North Miami, and I am now known as 'that guy' who knocked Charles Spurgeon and talks about double election.
So yeah, but here is the real reason I am writing.
(Read on, I will leave this post "reformed" free)
Brad Jones brought this to my attention and I have noticed it more and more in every day conversations with people. Many people bring in human emotion in their theology. The end result is throwing out important scripture all because it makes the person feel sad. It is as if people put up their emotion on the same level faith should be on.
Here is the question: Should we agree with every scripture even if it makes us hurt, angry, or even sad inside? The other side of the question: Should we decide what scripture to follow based on it makes us feel inside?
Your answer is (and why)......?
