::Aydra draws from many influences when it comes to the creative process. Perhaps most significant is purely her objective to remain as childish as possible while the expression is unfolding. The mind of a child is quite fascinating and theres much to learn. Like an actor might, a child fully embraces their emotion, their needs, their surroundings, and the behavior of others in an open, honest and direct way. As we grow up we learn to suppress emotion, become undeserving of our needs, ignore our surroundings and judge the behavior of others. Instead of simply reacting with our truth through a statement or action, we often hide behind whats safe, what we think is an acceptable response- or do not respond at all. This is where all insecurities arise, for as we grow further from that primal instinct to say and experience what we feel, we loose our true selves, we begin to forget who we are. In recent studies, Aydras uncovered much evidence to support that by returning to our origin, we can perhaps uncover clues to our existence, who we are now. As we grow up from the bliss of childhood we learn theres something greater than us, a much bigger thing happening- and its rooted in consciousness. This awareness can only increase and get better with age if we will it. The more we can expand and learn in this realm of consciousness, the easier it becomes to follow our bliss and return to our child-like nature, to experience everything fully and fearlessly, to say what we feel, and not be influenced by the judgments of others. A child is influenced by everything, and in-love with everything, nothing goes unexamined. For Aydra, most of what she channels is pulled from a secret, instinctual place in response to an emotionally charged situation or experience. She spends time with it from both a conscious perception and primal, letting the final product rest somewhere in the middle. Its a delicate process to bring this balance about, just as the artist wishes they could simply DO what they love without first learning the techniques to execute it- but this too often ends in a stumble or scribble- which also has its place in the great story, the end result however, is poise and alignment . .Enjoy StarSix music and message:::
