Hello,
Well I only have 2 more chemo treatments left! After this one this week I'm pretty tired and my tummy gets much more upset... but its ok. I talked to my nurse about it and they said there wasn't much they could give me since one med I take makes it worse. This week was fun at the treatment center, I had the nurse I like and she I talked alot plus we even watched Jack Hanna on the tv.. It was super funny!
The other funny thing was I read a whole book yesterday- I tried not to but I couldn't sleep and it was super good! Its called Angry Housewives Eating Bon-bons. Super good! Thanks Michelle for letting me borrow it. Even the person who brings around goodies said it looked/sounded good. She's super funny too, when she was about 6 patients away she was like ooooo theres my granola bar person! She was trainning a new girl how to go around and help patients, plus they have candy, snacks, water, blankets, hats, and books/magazines that are donations to give to patients. But my fav is the granola bars.
The other exciting bit was that last week I set up a bunch of dates! One is April 27th I go and talk to my surgeon about what the plans are lump or all. Then may 5 is my last chemo day (I knew I always liked cinco de mayo :O) ) and My surgery is scheduled for May 27th. Soooo I get to celebrate memorial day but I can't do our neighborhood garge sale!! Bumms me out superly because I was gonna sell alot. But I'm thinking something will work out... lol like my new word superly :O)
Well off to do some cardio yoga and weightlifting... fun stuff :O) Hope everyone has a wonderful week and weekend!
