DORMS DORMS DORMS
(a.k.a. Residence Halls)
Residence Halls are an essential part to the best college experience! Learn about them here!
Outside of classes, the Residence Halls are the best way to meet lots of new friends. NSU offers a variety of Halls to its students who choose to live on campus. Each hall is unique in its own way and all offer an experience that will live with you for many years to come. Information on the rooms, staff, and activities of each individual hall can be found on their pages. All residence halls, including Seminary Suites, have a membership to the fitness center included in their contract. Further, residents enjoy no additional bills such as electricity, gas, cable or phone – all of these services are included. We're also happy to offer free laundry facilities at each building.

The following are the 4 different locations that are open and available to freshmen students.
North Leoser
Students in the Leoser Community take advantage of having several popular amenities close at hand. The in-house convenience store "Essentials" offers students a variety of practical products and grocery items. This store is also home to Pizza Hut Express, which makes person-pan pizzas, hot wings, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. The retro-styled "Chatterbox" is a campus icon, complete with internet access and cable television. It is a popular place to meet and enjoy lunch.
North Leoser is a wing of the traditional residence hall Leoser that houses freshmen women and is home to our First Year Experience program. Most floors in this wing have a lounge available for student activities. A large lounge and a smaller study lounge are centrally located in the complex.
Northeast Leoser is a wing of our main housing complex Leoser and also houses freshmen women as part of the FYE program. The third floor is home to our ladies of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. Most floors in this wing have a room available for student activities. A large lounge and a smaller study lounge are centrally located in the complex.
Ladies that participate in sorority life may likely call Northwest Leoser home. All three floors are part of a close Greek community. The Sigma Sigma Sigma sisters find their rooms located on the first
floor, while the Delta Zetas make themselves at home on the second. Third Floor is given to the members of Alpha Sigma Alpha.

What students are saying about the dorms…
"Living in the dorms was a great experience. It was very convenient and with so many people living that close to each other, there is no telling what would happen! Maybe that's why I lived there for 3 years!"
-Mary Kate Harkreader, former Miss NSU 2006
"I love living in the dorms for so many different reasons. Other than the free cable and internet, my classis at 10 o'clock and I don't have to get out of bed until 9:50 and I can still make it to class on time!
-Glen Evans, former Student Body President
