Been meaning to post some entries since my last but as always, I encountered brain freeze. Hence, the long silence  Friday was a public holiday and I didnt work on thursday too, so I had a bloody long weekend. Much needed actually for my weary and tired body hehehehe...

Anyways, went out on thursday evening for the opening night of the Flower Carpet Show 2008. What a scene, there were far too many people and we couldnt even get near the gate. So we decided to return the next day instead. Sat in a café nearby and watched the glorious fireworks display to officially open this year's show. Parents in law came for a visit yesterday and we all went out for a nice dinner and they too truly enjoyed the flower carpet. I had a Morroccan dish for dinner, seafood tajine. It was marvellous!!! Actually, Im very very adventurous when it comes to food. I dont mind sampling foods from different countries while Filip, on the other hand is so difficult. I remember we went to an Ethopian restaurant and I found it to be good but Filip simply stopped eating after a few bites. The reason being, he had to eat with his fingers!!! Well, some of the things that one has got to put up with in a marriage! hehehehe

Oh, I have started my Italian lesson online in preparation for our trip to Katolika in the Adriatic Sea next month. I cant wait  "I ragazzi magnifici italiani, qui sono venuto" hahahahahahaha
