ARTWORK GUIDELINES

ARTWORK MUST BE SENT AT THE SIZE IT IS TO BE PRINTED ON THE SHIRT. 

This means if you want the image 10" wide, you MUST send the file at 10" wide. 

WE WILL PRINT THE ART AT THE SIZE YOU SEND IT TO US. 

Artwork must be created at 300 dpi RGB (8 bits/channel) and may be a PSD, Illustrator AI, Illustrator EPS, Tiff, or Jpg. 

Any files sent as layers must NOT include any layers that are not to be used in the final printing. 

Please ask for a blank Photoshop file if you are not sure how to set the image size or resolution. We will gladly email you a template.

Our standard print area is 12" wide by 18" tall.

Our jumbo print area is 16" wide by 20" tall. 

Max print width for girl tees is 11".

Jumbo prints will NOT fit on any shirt smaller than an adult S. This means any girl tee or youth size shirts.

Art files can be emailed, mailed on a CDR, or transferred through IM if we both happen to be online at the same time.

IF WE NEED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ARTWORK, THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $25. THIS INCLUDES ANY IMAGE RESIZING, ANY ARTWORK SENT IN A FORMAT NOT LISTED ABOVE, OR FIXING ANY LOW RESOLUTION IMAGES. 

INK COLOR OPTIONS

Ink colors will be matched to the closest stock color on hand.

CUSTOM OR PMS COLOR MATCH 
For custom colors we can match a PMS number or the number closest to the color in your artwork. There is a $40 charge per color mixed and minimum order of 50 pieces for custom color matching. If the shirt is any color other than white and there is no white in your artwork, a white base MUST be added, along with an additional screen. 


PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by mailing a money order to us. Any checks written will be held for 5 days to make sure they clear. We also take paypal and credit cards (card info taken over the phone or through the webstore, DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFO through email).


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Each order requires us to order inventory from our distributors. Once an order is received and staged for personalization, there are no cancellations unless we have not personalized the items. All cancellations must be done in writing via email within 14 days and there is a 15% restocking fee for the garments.

You may only return garments that have a manufacturer's defect, within 7 days of the original delivery. Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw or stain. We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, however certain circumstances are beyond our control an will not be considered as defective merchandise. We cannot be responsible for:

〮Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer

〮Inferior quality or low-resolution of images

〮Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process

〮Errors in user-selected options such as color or product type

〮Damage to the products arising during shipping or after delivery to the customer

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue you credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable
