I wonder do they even know Kath. It's called wanting to have control of anything to do with Badfinger by the so called representative of the Ham Estate. Who the hell would want him to represent them when he causes so much trouble. We all know why he's still in a job even though he has bad mouthed his 'employers' don't we? A job for his silence!! They know now Kathie as I have informed Petera Ham, they need to know that this man is doing things under their name that has nothing to do with the Ham estate.



I think Matovina has told utube that he represents Badfinger which includes anything Joey does in his view, they need to know that he only has involvement with the Ham estate, was Ham on the video? was Ham playing the instruments? NO so get back into your hole Matovina and stick to what you know, nothing!


Remember Kathie, I spent 10 years knowing Matovina and witnessed the things he got up to out of the public eye, using others to do the dirty tactics that he didn't want people to know HE was behind.



I have now seen both sides of the coin and I am in doubt who is behind the hate out there and who wields the whip, controlling his little band of arse lickers who are scared to upset him because they won't get contact with all the other hangers on.



Took me ten years to learn a very big lesson but unlike the others out there I'm not scared to stand up to this man if you can call him that, even rats have limits, his tactics are limitless.

"D"amned "M"eddler (DM) and his fantasy dreamland world of fellow hangers-on (not to mention his imaginary band, "DANfinger") are so in danger of imploding that DM's resorting to cut-throat pathetic threat tactics. That POS, DM, is used to being surrounded by "Yes" people, OR, people who were not even around BF (or even born yet), when BF was in their prime. He tells them only what he wants them to hear so he can keep a paycheck coming in.
If DM told the WHOLE story, or the TRUTH (as he imagines it of course), then he'd be fired by the heirs and he would be faking injuries to sue people in court as a new career! EVERYONE knows what a suck-ass pathetic leech DM is!!! DM's just a scavenging buzzard!!!!!!!!

This DM crap is getting better all the time yes? Joey can do whatever he pleases. The Ham Estate has no recourse in Joe playing songs he co-wrote, recorded, or otherwise unless they have the exclusive rights to the entire BF project, which they don't. If Joey plays "Suitcase", under his show "Joey Molland"(even if it says BadFinger), does DM or the estate think they have rights to it because it was published on a BF album? Simple answer...NO.






Just take whatever action you should mate. Go play your heart out, and remember; those who believe what DM and the "estate" are selling, well they just purchased that prime real estate with the beachfront ocean view located in Kansas......toto too!
