Tonight Mum and i decided to change the positions of the paintings in our lounge room because they have been in the same places for ever, we have two,
one is an old painting of a vase of flowers in a gold frame it came from my granny’s house so its kind of a heirloom
the other is a huge Hans hyson print of a lady in a blue dress sitting in a window with her sewing machine sewing curtains this one is in a huge wooden frame
anyway when we took this one down a letter fell out when i opened it i realised it was a letter i wrote to
myself when i was seven and i had slipped it behind the picture frame I’d forgotten about it so it was a lovely surprise.... this is what it read
Dear Miss Ella I have one thing to say (the s was backwards here) to you and that is to be yourself, just stay the same don't change for anyone, because i can bet you if you do you will wish you didn't have (lol to that last bit)

And then on the back was a picture of a
Boat it was quite good really and reading it was like hearing someone else give me advice it was weird
Anyway hopefully that wasn’t a waste of your time
