Before I forget. It's already been a good summer of music but let me tell you just a bit about Ramble on the River (Mishawaka). Getting there is half the battle you know. Traveling up with Sway,That Guy and James in the van was sweet if you get a chance goto Youtube and type in swaysworld and bring up the journey to the Ramble or some shit like that you'll get a small Idea of what we were into. Playing with Soulfeel and White Water Ramble was just an honor they didn't have to let this small town harp player get up there and jam. The Williams Bros. had a kickass set Phil was just getting started he said and then we had to move off the stage. But that's how Festi's go. Getting up there and jamming with people you don't even know getting to meet them onstage and really understand what's going on underneath that's part of my allure to these things. We're all just a bunch of music dorks, fans if you will that picked up our respective instruments and started playing for one reason or another. Who really knows? I don't really care. It's like that time when your really tired, somewhere between reality and some sort of dream state where time slows down and between the notes the musician is telling you about his life story. Where he/she has been,how he/she feels that night,hell they might even tell you about they're aunt pearl who passed away last year. Atleast that's what I get from stuff like this call me crazy call me some kind of dreamer I don't know???? I will tell you just for me that's what I feel,experience,drift through like a ghost if you will. Sometimes you'll see that light when your Dozing at the Mish !?!?!?!? WE LISTEN, IF IT FEELS GOOD WE SHAKE, TO THE RADIO. "D"
