Right! I'll keep it brief. I really want a classic Akai MPC for some seriously crusty drum programming and sample robbery (there's only so much one can do in the digital domain before the screen gets the better of you!).

If you're selling either an Akai MPC 2000 or 2000XL, hit me up - obviously, s'gotta be in good nick, and not selling for stupid money. I'd happily pay around £250/£300 if the unit was right.
