UGH. I am a mind expert. I deal with the mind everyday. I perform hypnosis and hypnotize people for therapy and stage hypnosis applications. This would of course include me hypnotizing volunteers to do crazy and wacky things. I have the greatest job in the world. I have hypnotized adults, children, senior citizens, animals, but boy oh boy, I wish I could hypnotize my car.
I know, this is a ridiculous blog post, but thank you for letting me vent. I drive a classic muscle car. It is one of my pride and joy's. My daughters Isabel and Renee are my true pride and joy, but the car probably comes in second. I know very little about cars, and I proud to say that I am slowly learning. My car is being a little bit fickle right now and I am having trouble with my carb as well as the alternator being faulty. I just purchased a new alternator in the summer, and now it is cycling itself as to when it feels like charging. The manufacturer will replace it but it will be a few days before it arrives by courier. The carb on the other hand, well the choke is not functioning well. It seems to be fixed now since taking it in to the shop. The guys that work on my car are all very talented, I just wish I knew more to fiddle with it myself. These are moments where I wish I could hypnotize a non living thing. I would "suggest" that it run like it was born to do! If I sound like I am whining, well, I am. Sorry. I shouldn't be. I love the car so much, and it has been so good to me since I have owned it. I use it as a daily driver, so I guess it would be normal to have it need repairs here and there.
If you would like to see pictures of my car, visit my Facebook page and add me as a friend. That will get you access to see it. If you like first generation Camaro's, more specifically a 1967, then you'll feel the same way about her as I do. Am I bragging about owning a 1967 Chevy Camaro? Damn right I am. :)
See ya Burnin' Rubber !
