And I hope you have a great time while your here. Congratulations on Dollhouse, I am a huge fan of Buffy, Angel and Firefly. I can't say enough about how talented Joss Whedon is, .........But you already knew about how great he is. I guess getting into his genius would be quite redundant at this point. Is redundant the right word? Is it even spelled redundant? Hmm. Anywho, Dollhouse looks fantastic, and from what I've seen and read the concept and themes your working with are not only fertile for exploration but incredibly incredibly relevant. 	April May™	..Dollhouse premieres in less than two hours and I'm so excited. I think it's really neat how you and Joss get to work together again, and I must admit seeing the promos for the show, it's odd to see you looking so 'girlie' because I'm use to seeing you play 'Faith' or tomboys. lol. 	Pantelakis	hey Eliza, I am moving into a new apartment. I was going to throw my t v out and try not to watch, but then I caught a glimpse of you in a best buy store. The new series looked hot and interesting. Then I saw joss was writing it. Well I'm gonna watch every episode now. The first one was incredible and it layed the groundwork for a great season. 	Zach	Eliza snowboarding? That's hot. Er.. I mean cool..? I'd like to see it, whatever it is. Wait. On second thought, no I would not. ....Just please try to resist the urge to perform 360s with outlandishly excessive air. We want you to remain in one piece, unhospitalized. In fact, just stay inside with hot chocolate warming your belly. Hire people to snowboard for you. There's a good girl priceless treasure of humanity. You are not allowed to break any bones in the name of snowboarding. Your fans forbid it. ....Of course the first episode of Dollhouse was wonderful. I managed to see about five minutes of it (and an unpleasant dose of commercials) during my break at work, but had to wait to see the rest of it on Hulu after I got home. For some of us, 'prime time' is not when the networks demand it be. ....But this isn't about how much we hate FOX. This is about how much we love Eliza! Which we do! ....I personally wish there was some way I could show my appreciation for Eliza's incomparable talent and beauty, but I'm unable to contemplate an example of such amorous expression that wouldn't involve a trip by plane to California, which would no doubt culminate in a restraining order and a trip back from California in shameful rejection. Even mailing a box of chocolates would perhaps end in failure. I must pacify myself with the expression "it's the thought that counts" and leave it at that. ....At least you're not Amber Benson. No offense Eliza (or whomever reads her myspace page for her), but the trip to California would be slightly more difficult to resist if this missive were being sent to Amber Benson instead of Eliza Dushku. Perhaps that was unnecessary to elucidate. ....We all love Eliza Dushku so much that we are willing to tolerate FOX so long as they keep Eliza on the airwaves and cable currents and whatever else technology utilizes to get her fantastic performances to our sensory perception. Perhaps over time we shall learn to love FOX again, but personally I'd prefer seeing a public spectacle in which network executives literally fawned all over Whedon and Dushku with laurels and palm leaves and dressed up like eunuchs and sultan slave girls while performing the dance of the seven veils in honor of the two people who will single handedly deliver FOX out of its dark and sinister hole of decadence and into the promised land of renewed ratings peaks and copious amounts of advertising revenue. .......I suppose I'll settle for learning Dollhouse gets renewed for a second season.   Postado por Zach em sábado, fevereiro 14, 2009 - 10:49 [Responder Comentário]
