This weekend is the 26th, 27th and 28th of June.
My favourite weekend of the year GlastonFerret.

If you've not been to the last two it basically consists of...
a pub called the Mad Ferret in Preston which is...
turfed with real grass and then...
kitted out with bales of hay, tents, barbeques, all the usual festival guff...
but without the shite like bad weather and mud...
oh and quite of a lot of excellent bands...

There's a bunch of other stuff going on there this year - Cinematopia is showing films outside on Friday night including music videos and shorts.

DJ's outside all weekend including the mighty Paul Adams and Miss Hazy.

A lot of effort went into putting together an impressive line-up. Headlining this year are Bobbie Peru, the Old Romantic Killer Band, Misty's Big Adventure and the Loungs. Check each of them out. You can find links to them at http://www.myspace.com/glastonferret.

And then come to the Mad Ferret this Friday and set up camp.
