This song was recorded in 2002 after seeing Earth,Wind and Fire in Wilkesbearre, PA. It's always a pleasure seeing them. That year they did a percussion jam (not necessarily a drum circle) that featured Philip Bailey on timbales. I'm glad they did that 'cause some people don't know how serious a percussionist Philip is. Anyway, I was HIGHLY inspired by that set (and show) and shortly came up with this. Everything just flowed.

& People don't really know how serious a percussionist you are as well. I hope by you posting this song that your door will open up as wide as the sky & that you will be known as one of the greats of our our generation. It's always an honor, learning experience, & inspirational journey playing with you from R&B to rock-n-roll & everything inbetween.
