Category: Music
Formed by five best friends who love making positive dance music with pop-punk undertones, And Then There Were None (ATTWN) are here to remind us that fun and positive music still exists. It only took me one listen of their single "Reinventing Robert Cohn" off of their latest release Who Speaks for Planet Earth? to turn my desk into a dance party! Speaking of positive, did I mention that all five members are 100% vegetarian? What I love even more than a band full of vegetarians is a band that isn't afraid to incorporate their love for vegetarian food into their T-Shirt designs. Yep, that's right—ATTWN have designed an amazing T-Shirt which declares their love for tofu, and one of these shirts could soon be yours!

If that isn't awesome enough, you can also check out the video below which shows ATTWN in action making their favorite vegan food on the road—the "Vegan UNH"!

For your chance to win your very own 'ATTWN <3 Tofu' shirt, just comment below with the best vegan meal you've ever made, and what size t-shirt you wear. We'll pick the four most creative meals as the winners! Entries must be received by March 13th, and the two winners will be chosen and notified by March 20th.

Just so you know ... by commenting here, you're acknowledging that you've read and agreed to our privacy policy.

Also by commenting, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Tofu has never looked so fashionable!

PS: If you want to see what's new with ATTWN or add them to your friends list, check them out on MySpace here!

Me and my mum always make this amazing dish. Rice with a vegetable stock cube, mixed with chick peas and peppers. Nutritional too! When i was just vegetarian, i also had quorn in it. But its still just as gorgeous with tofu.
Try it!

The best vegan meal I've made are Mexican styled Crumbler Tacos.

You need corn tortillas, onions, cilantro, MorningStar Crumblers, lemon, salt, and salsa.

You make the corn tortillas dipped in vegetable oil.

Then you prepare the crumblers, and top the off with onion bits, cilantro leaves, lemon juice, salt, and salsa.
THEY TASTE SUPER GOOD!

They taste just as good as the ones that you find in Mexico streets which cause severe diarrhea, but these are healthy and probably good for you.

Caramelized Vegetable Tofu Roll-Ups

2 cups of crumbled Firm tofu

3 1/2 cups chopped onion

1 cup chopped red onion

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4-1/2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper

2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets

1 cup diced Vegan extra sharp cheddar

1 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 tablespoon drained capers

1 package Vegan Fillo dough

Preheat oven to 375F. Toss vegetables and crumbled tofu with oil and pepper in a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover, stir and bake another 10-15 minutes, until tender and starting to brown. Cool. Stir in broccoli, cheddar, vinegar, parsley and capers. Set aside. Turn oven to 350F. Cover 12 sheets fillo dough snugly with plastic wrap. (Replace remainder in package and refrigerate.) Take 1 sheet, spray lightly with oil and fold in half. Place 1/4 cup filling along narrow side of dough. Fold in 1 inch and roll up. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining sheets and filling. Bake 12-14 minutes. Makes 12 roll up appetizers.

Rogue, darling

vegan skettie...

vegan pasta, an organic pasta sauce (completely vegan, of course) with garlic and mushrooms, bocca ground beef sub (or not, I kinda like it better without, but others like it with), and nutritional yeast (my fave thing EVER) to take the place of parmesan cheese. My 87 yr old grandfather could not tell the difference, and ate more that day than he had in years.
It was my grandparents 62 anniversary that day, and they are still going strong!

I could wear a medium.
Thank you!
