On a graceful day early in 2008 several friends were invited, by Aaron Gilman of Revolt Music Unlimited, to spend some time together at a recording studio in California. 7 of the 8 invited attendees arrived, one at a time on horseback, mule, buggies, and wagons. We ate, drank and made merry. Soon enough there were microphones on stands, thanks to Paul Bessone, and music in the air. A red light that said "recording" silenced the onlookers. All distractions had been tucked away when Robert "Doc" Dill counted, 1, 2, 3, 4. Jeff "Jack Rabbit" LeGore’s bass groaned a low moan and the guitars of Bret "Nevada" Jensen and L. Cedeno grabbed the voices about to be heard. First to sing was Joan "Juanes" Jones, then accompanied by L.Cedeno and "Nevada". Pretty soon it was the organ sounds coming from John "Bird" Bird’s vintage Fender that stopped the hearts long enough to take a breath. And a band was born,
