I just returned from a fun trip to NYC!  I attended (and turned pages for) the world premiere of my pianist friend Matt Herskowitz's Jerusalem Trilogy, played a very cool vegan gig with him at the Caravan of Dreams in the East Village, played at a fancy schmancy $300 a ticket benefit for the NYC Convent of the Sacred Heart (I attended CSH in San Francisco many moons ago) and had the honor of playing with the Poogie Bell Band at the legendary Blue Note Jazz Club.  That was so fun!!  If you have a chance to hear them live you should definitely check them out.  They put on a great show!

I wanted to go the Guggenheim but I ran out of time.  : (

It seemed like your NYC trip was too short,..like you really wanted to do more things...

Been away for far toooo long - and I only live six hours away! Nice gigs, Carol. Must say I'm a tad jealous.

Next time you're in New York, drop me a line! It would be fun to see you again (and hear you play).
